According to the article on theboombox.com, during an interview on ‘Sway in the Morning’ Wednesday (July 23), the rapper revealed that he’s left the label because of creative differences, mainly surrounding the upcoming project. There are no hard feelings between him and the YMCMB crew, according to Bus.

This is what Busta had to say about it:
“I was there for two years and the opportunity was a great opportunity at the time, because of the type of deal that was done,” Busta said. “For me, with this particular project and all of the sacrifice that went into it — recording the album for five years, I [lost] Chris Lighty making this album, I [lost] my father making this album — the s— I was putting into this album, I’m not compromising my vision for it.”

Busta has been working on his ‘‎E.L.E.2 (Extinction Level Event 2)’ but it doesn’t have a release date yet.
